We are so glad we contacted DJ C in regards to our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party. We meet with Joe and Devin to learn more about their services and pricing. We felt comfortable with them and what they had to offer that we booked their services right then and there. They are a pleasure to work with and very professional. We went over music lists of what we would like played, and what not to play. To our surprise they had non-explicit versions of some of the music my daughter wanted. Our package contained two screens for a photo slide show, music videos. and live video of the dancing. My parents booked DJC Custom Sound for my 18th birthday and Devin did a great job! He played all the music my friends and I love to listen and dance to. He had awesome lighting and even played music videos. He has these cool hand-held light sticks that we got to use and that I have never seen at any party before. "I recently hired Djc Custom Sound and Captured Memories for my wedding reception. I opted for the photo booth / dj combination which was the most cost effective for I wanted at my reception. When I met with them to go over the rates for both, I didn't realize what I had signed up for and what was included. The amount of detailed work that they put in for the event and professionalism was beyond my expectation. Upon signing the contract we started to do a detailed timeline of events that were going to take place that evening. I had no idea that I had to choose specific songs for each event. He has a lists of songs that are appropriate for each event. Upon completing the detailed timeline, he made a spreadsheet for me to review and made sure what I have chosen was correct. Oh and not only did he make sure my reception was flowing the whole time, he also had games to play! We played the Newlywed Wed game, which was the funniest part of evening. The owner of the company Joe, was also our MC for the night and he made sure that the timeline was taking place in a timely fashion. DJ Devin has a great set up, his dj booth is fully equipped and also makes the dance floor look fun with his dancing lights. DJ Devin is not only a very polite and professional person to work with, he also made sure my guest were happy by satisfying their last minute song request and speeches.
Now onto the photo booth....I was really excited to have the photo booth at my reception because I have seen how fun they could be and how it really makes any fun event even more so exciting. Upon signing the contract for the photo booth, they also made sure the picture strips were to my satisfaction. I got to not only choose the wording on the strip, but what color I wanted the borders and the background. They had past samples for me to review and see what type of style I liked and can choose from. Once I chose the colors and style they made me a proof of what my photo strips would look like. They had a table full of props that can be used and they also gave me a USB drive of every single photo that was taken in the booth! My only concern was that my reception was going to be full with families with children, including my own. They were extremely patient and allowed the children to play with the props, gently of course, but to also take pictures with the props in the booth! They even had a little stool inside for them to stand on! My most memorable pictures are of all the children having so much fun with the photo booth. The smiles captured on everyone and the laughs are truly priceless.
I cannot express how happy and appreciative I am for both DJ Devin and Captured Memories, and for all of their support, professionalism and happiness they brought to my wedding reception!

I want to say a few words about Devin Silva of DJC Custom Sound. First of all I need to thank you Devin for providing your DJ services at my daughter’s party which was held on May 21st 2016 in Union City. Here is my story.

I originally booked a DJ from Watsonville, Ca. who was a friend of mine, but this individual cancelled one week before my event because he found a better offer. I was devastated and more over shocked at the cancellation because i considered this person to be my friend. I was wrong. The next couple of days i was stressed, trying to think of whom to call to provide music at my daughters Sweet 16 event. I found Devin Silva of DJC Custom Sound. Luckily he was available for that weekend. My daughters event had a mix of Portuguese and Hispanic culture, and I needed a DJ that could accommodate. Devin arrived hours before the event and began to set up. He was very friendly, and professional. He had also contacted me prior to the event to inquire about any special requests that would be in need of and coordinated with me to make sure these special song requests were met and done smoothly throughout the event. Devin provided music services that catered to both cultures as well as creating an awesome party atmosphere with some good party favorites which really got the party going. Devin was able to transition in and out of songs for both cultures with ease and kept the party moving, flowing and most of all consistent with the theme. There were several times that i made personal song requests and Devin never hesitated, and que'd up my request within seconds. Devin also has a variety of equipment, one of which was several microphones, which i needed to utilize for speeches etc during the event. Devin's equipment is current and up to date with todays music standards, he was able to provide great sound without tons of speakers. I am highly recommending Devin of DJC Custom Sound for any event, and will always call upon him for all my future events as well.

This father and son duo were amazing! I hired them for my daughters sweet 16 party. They had the crowd dancing the entire night! Joe created the photo strip to match the invitation. The quality was fabulous! The sound equipment and photo booth was top notch and they were very professional. I would highly recommend them for any event!

Devin DJ'd for our party of 70 kids aged 9 - 13. Both Devin and Joe arrived early to set up and ensure that everything was ready to go promptly on time. Both were completely professional, friendly and down to earth. The music they chose was perfect for the occasion - a front yard evening party. They engaged the kids with music they know and love and took requests. The kids limbo'd and danced and had an amazing evening. From the moment I booked the party - I have had nothing but professionalism from them. I would highly recommend using this company for your next party. We recently hosted a dance at our elementary school, and we had an amazing time. We had a DJ and photo booth and the kids had a blast! The music was fun and high energy with a good mix of songs for everyone, and the kids loved the photo booth. We hired Devin to play at our daughter's birthday party and we had a blast. He came on time to set up his music instruments. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the music he was playing. He also did requests. We recommend Devin to any social event. He's very likeable.

The Silva family made our 2019 Prom a night to remember! They are the whole package: Lights, Music, and Photos! We are a low-income school with a small population of students, so often booking large items like Dj's and photo booths become very difficult. The Silva's worked with us on a budget that was appropriate to both our needs and theirs. Communication with them was prompt and honest from first initial contact to the end of our prom.
